StrikkerS is Proud to Announce 25 Years as a Youth Non-Profit organization.
We have had many girls come through our program over the years, have had our share of quality coaches teach
skills both on and off the field, and have had more than our share of wins and losses on the field. We are
looking forward to future and plan to keep our organization going strong. Our coaches ask for "100% Effort"
in school (we expect our girls to maintain solid GPAs), "100% Effort" on the field (skills, leadership,
participation, sportsmanship), and "100% Effort" off the field (well rounded individuals who carry themselves
in a mature and intelligent fashion). Our main objective is to develop softball excellence and to assist each young lady in achieving their goals
on the softball field. We will provide an environment where players will be able to improve their athletic
skills, increase their knowledge of the game, and learn team sportsmanship, leadership and respect through
responsibility and loyalty to their teammates.
The Strikkers Organization is a combination of coaches who are committed to nurturing the development
of female athletes through the sport of fastpitch softball, committed players and an organization
focused on building and maintaining a national softball prominence. With the talents and guidance
of the coaching staff, the players who join will be challenged to perfect their softball skills through
hard work and dedication.
The coaching staff has worked with Strikker teams that have qualified for Amateur
Softball Association (ASA) National Softball Championship tournaments in Oklahoma, Texas, Florida,
Ohio, and Illinois, as well as other ASA and National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) tournaments
in Colorado and Washington. The success enjoyed by this organization comes not only from the dedication
of the coaches or the talent of the players, but also from the support and participation of the parents.
